Anthony is a partner in the Corporate Team and joined Stephens Scown from a law firm in Bristol, where he was a partner. He also worked in the City, including a two-year secondment to the London Stock Exchange. He is a highly skilled corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years' experience. He has advised on business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and management buy-outs. He has also given legal guidance on many matters including AIM flotations and shareholder agreements, and worked with local government and banks on a number of related matters including PFI. He is one of only two Fellows of the Securities and Investment Institute.
