Guy is a partner in the Corporate Team and joined Stephens Scown in 1990 after 15 years in London. He deals principally with acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, partnership and shareholder agreements, incorporations and rating. Guy holds a Masters Degree in European and International Business Law.
