Jo is a partner in the Cornwall Family Team and deals with a range of family matters including divorce, disputes concerning children, injunction work and representing unmarried couples on separation. His practice, dealing with the financial aspects of divorce, is expanding and increasingly he accepts instructions from high net worth clients who wish to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. He is an accredited member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) specialising in financial provision and children matters. Jo joined Stephens Scown in 1999.
