Mark is a partner and Team Leader of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team in Cornwall. He qualified in 1980 and has been with Stephens Scown since 1977. He deals with a wide range of litigation work, including contract and tort, High Court and County Court, professional negligence and construction. Mark has successfully completed a mediator training accreditation course and is a keen advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution - he has helped clients avoid trial or the court process by resolving disputes at mediation. He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers' Association. Mark is also a member of the firm's Management Board.
