Nigel is a partner in the Exeter office and Employment Team Leader at Stephens Scown. He qualified as a barrister and re-qualified as a solicitor with Simmons & Simmons in London.  He became one of the first solicitors in England and Wales to be granted rights of audience in civil proceedings in civil courts. He regularly appears as an advocate in employment tribunals and in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
