Philip is a partner and a Team Leader of the St Austell private client department. He joined in 2007 following the merged firm Graham & Graham.  He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is an Inheritance Tax specialist, dealing with taxable estates and trusts.  He is a member of the Court of Protection’s panel of Receivers, acting as receiver for clients who lack mental capacity.

Philip is the Under Sheriff of Cornwall.
