Based in St. Austell Philip has over 20 years' experience of civil litigation, primarily involved in commercial litigation and insurance-related litigation including personal injury work. His expertise includes considerable experience of employment law acting for both commercial and institutional clients. He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers' Association.
