Phillip is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team and has been with Stephens Scown since 1989. He specialises in civil and commercial litigation with particular expertise in contentious probate, Inheritance Act claims, solicitors' negligence, human rights, immigration and nationality as well as cohabitee and other property disputes.
