Scott is a partner in the Cornwall Commercial Property Team.  He has over 10 years' experience of dealing with substantial property matters, often in the context of buying and selling businesses.  This experience includes dealing with multi-million pound freeholds as well as substantial leasehold transations.

His expertise extends to secured lending, including acting for various banks.  This builds on Scott's previous experience working in commercial banking.  He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Current clients include property developers, investors, banks and a major local brewery.
